Orders And Deliveries

All purchases can be made securely online 24 hours a day at simplywoodengifts.co.uk. We are a UK store and at present deliver to Uk and Ireland. We charge a standard delivery rate of £2.95 per order - no matter how many items you buy from us! Non UK deliveries have a charge of £3.95 per item for the first two items, and thereafter at £2.50 per item.

Your security is very important to us. Your card details are encrypted and dealt with by Paypal and are not accessible by anyone at Simply Wooden Gifts. You will receive an e-mail receipt from Paypal and e-mail confirmation from us of your order.

We do not include prices or invoices with your gift. If you wish a "from me to you" type note included with your gift, just let us know at the checkout.

Delivery Schedule

We provide an estimated delivery time for every gift on our site, and in most cases these delivery targets are met. Most goods are usually dispatched within 3-5 working days (4-7 working days for engraved) and usual deliveries are between 2-4 days from dispatch. However, all our gifts are personalised and sometimes unexpected problems may arise. Seasonal events like Christmas and Easter may also affect the delivery times, bank holidays and public holidays, or in extreme cases disputes by Royal Mail. For this reason we ask that in all cases you allow up to 14 working days for delivery, although this is not a guarantee of delivery itself.

All items are delivered via Royal Mail, and customers must allow 14 days from dispatch before an item is considered lost. Special Deliveries have their own tracking code so should your order not arrive the following day, please contact us.

We would ask you to please note that multiple orders may arrive seperately.

STANDARD DELIVERY: standard UK delivery is £2.95 per order - no matter how many items you order. Please check each product page for expected dispatch or delivery times.

EXPRESS DELIVERY: (Monday to Thursday): where offered, orders taken before 12 noon will be dispatched by Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery when express delivery is selected. Orders after 12 noon will go next day at latest but same day if possible. UK mainland only. Royal Mail Expess Delivery is guaranteed before 1pm the following day. We have no control over Royal Mail delivery times.

SATURDAY SPECIAL DELIVERY: where offered, orders received before 12 noon Friday will go Special Delivery for Saturday when this option is selected. Contact us on orders after 12 noon as we will always try and meet delivery requirements when possible. UK mainland only. Royal Mail Expess Delivery is guaranteed before 1pm the following day. We have no control over Royal Mail delivery times.

How To Order

Every gift is personalised at Simply Wooden Gifts, either with a name, a message or both. The options available for each gift are clearly shown - usually a name colour and a background colour. Simply add your personalised details, select from the options presented to you and click on 'Add to Basket'.

How To Pay

Choose to pay directly with your Credit Card, or use Paypal's Express Checkout. We accept Visa, Switch, Discover, American Express, Solo and Mastercard. Paypal account holders need only enter their email address and password. If you do not have an account then Paypal will simply process your payment using your credit card details.

If you have any problems completeing your transaction for whatever reason then just let us know. We will be happy to accept payment by cheque and will process your order immediately upon receipt. Email us the the details of your intended purchase and we will send you a confirmation email and the details required for you to complete your transaction.
